A barber is a person that can give you a new haircut or restore your old one - provided that you are a man (women cannot get a different hair cut). You can either choose to be shaved bald, get long hair, or go back to the normal, short hair. The cost is 50 caps per visit.
A barber can be found in Vault City's inner city, in Klamath, and at San Francisco train station.
