A group of rogues known for their tendency to employ explosive devices in their criminal activities. They can be met east of NCR and near the its Mining Quarry.
They wear Leather Jackets and Helmets, and wield 10mm Pistols, Pipe Rifles, Frag Grenades, and Dynamite Sticks.
