Deliver Message for Elmer

Elmer is having problems with attacks in Necropolis and he needs you to deliver a message to Skeeter in Gecko for help.

Talk to Elmer for a bit. He's located in the Watershed. He will ask you to deliver a message to Skeeter all the way up in Gecko. You can read the holodisk by using it and looking in the archives in your Pip-Boy. Don't worry if you die and lose the holodisk because you can still deliver Skeeter the message without the holodisk. Once you talk to Skeeter, he will give you a holodisk too, and want you return to Necropolis with his reply to Elmer.
