Aimed shots give you a penalty to Hit Chance, but in return, grant you up to 60% Critical Chance bonus (depends on aimed body part and Luck).
The penalty for hit chance goes as follows:
- legs -20%
- arms -30%
- groin -30%
- head -40%
- eyes -60%
