The Ares Military Base (also called Ares Rocket Silo) is a custom area unique to FOnline: 2238. Plans for this area are unknown and it is right now; pretty much empty.
Nobody managed it yet to climb down the silos, as it is very dangerous. One wrong step and you are as dead as one can be... Maybe sometimes a brave wastelander has the skills and balls to do so.
