When in Junktown, talk to Doc Larrikin in the hospital to get this quest. Accepting this quest will highlight a temporary location on your map where the infamous "Black Claw" radscorpions have their lair. Be advised their poison is much stronger than other scorpions. Kill the two outside the lair entrance and go inside the kill the rest and recover at least five eggs for the doctor. The eggs are carried by some of the scorpions in the lair.
