Elmer is having problems with attacks in Necropolis, he needs you to deliver a message to Skeeter in Gecko for help.
Talk to Elmer for a bit,hes located in the Watershed, he will ask you to deliver a message to Skeeter all the way up in Gecko. You can read the holodisk by using it and looking in the archives in your Pip boy. Don't worry if you die and lose the holodisk, you can still give Skeeter the message without the holodisk.Once you talk to Skeeter he will want you to go down to Necropolis and give Elmer his message.
