Talk to King in the Raider's Cave base. He is the man in leather armor, near Hernandez. If you are not presently addicted to any drugs he will tell you that you are looking healthy. Compliment the nice man on his health as well, and he will ask if you juice with the Big B. Hell yeah you do!
