You can bring up the Skilldex menu by pressing 'S' anytime in-game. This will show you which skills you can use to accomplish various tasks, and what your character's skill level is per each skill. Click one of the skill buttons to use that skill. Press 'S' again (or Esc) to close the Skilldex menu
