The Skilled trait is used in FOnline:2238 in the following ways.
- +5 to points used to attribute to your skill(s) each level up.
- Gain a perk every 4 levels instead of every 3 levels, decreasing the amount of perks you get to 5 instead of 7, assuming the level cap is 21.
