Super Mutants are humans mutated by Forced Evolutionary Virus. They are much stronger and taller than before mutation.strong, big and ugly. Most of them are very stupid. Super Mutants are humans who have been infected with FEV virus. If a person exposed to the FEV virus was rradiated, then significantly decreased his intellect.

Super mutants were created by the master, in the first part of Fallout.
