Mythical hero who saved humanity. Vault Dweller has a monument in the Shady Sands. He saved village that was transformed into the capital wasteland, the capital of New California Republic. However, this is one of the smaller achievements.
He founded the village, near the Klamath. Although according to the Fallout canon, can not see the Arryo on the world map fonline 2238.
