Once you complete A Brahmin Herdsman's Job for Mr Westin, you can ask for more work and get this quest. He gives you an encrypted holotape to take to Thomas Moore in Vault City. This tape has medical data about the FEV virus but it cannot be uploaded to your Pip-Boy or edited, thus it cannot be fully read or used like other tapes. Deliver the tape to Thomas and report back to Mr Westin.
Requirements
- First complete Mr Westin's A Brahmin Herdsman's Job
- Either Vault City citizenship or a temporary pass into Vault City to find Thomas Moore
