Jenna busy repairing armors in the Brotherhood's workshops.

Jenna is member of the Brotherhood of Steel faction and can be found on third (3) level of the Brotherhood of Steel bunker in the workshops (same room as Peter). She is responsible for keeping other Paladins' armors in good condition. Her repair skills are legendary among the Brotherhood, and therefore, she is the best person to ask about armors. Jenna can show how to create and maintain armors to any Brotherhood Initiate... for caps, of course.
