Obtaining
You can buy an infinite amount of robes from the shopkeeper in Necropolis, in former Seth's church, Hall of the dead, for 200 caps each. This item is currently not craftable.
Note: that you need at least 3 Charisma to be able to talk to the shopkeeper.
