I'll work on verifying this, but someone told me some Science skill is needed. I don't recall why but i believe it had to do with the machine you "Repair" with machine parts - my source said it's actually Science skill that is needed. Truly, last time i was there, none of us could "repair" the machine, even with Repair skill 100 and a super tool kit armed. (This is when we had a big group stuck down there after a server outage and had to call Jovanka to get us out because the rope would not work.) -Marko
