The Black Sun Gang was founded shortly after the wipe, in the Hub's "Maltese Falcon" by former Cato Street Conspiracy members who seeks a new adventures under the new name. Later, some ex-memers of The Scars gang joined the faction.

Black Sun Gang always seeks for fresh faces. But not everyone can join. To become an initiate, you have to know the classic Fallout and be an active wastelander.
