How to find caves?
Can be found in random maps in mountain areas on the world map. The cave entrance will always be at the top of the map, going into a cliff.
What's inside caves?
Often times, a cave is barren and has nothing in it except dirt. However, there may be various critters that inhabit the cave you stumbled upon.
NPCs that can be found in caves:
- Deathclaws (adult, over 200 HP)
- Centipedes
- Mantises
- Large Radscorpions
- Rats
- Dogs
- Cute Slaves
- Handsome Slaves
- Bootleggers
- May have knives, combat knives, or rippers.
- Cannibals
- May have sharpened spears, knives, combat knives, switchblades, or rippers.
- Mercenaries
- May have 10mm pistols, 14mm pistols, shotguns, combat shotguns, H&K CAWS, or sniper rifles.
Items that can be found in caves:
These items could be scattered around on the cave floor. If there are items, that usually means there is something living in the cave, as well.
