This is a tough blueprint hunter. A combat tumbler who can solo most hostile NPC encounters while hunting for blueprints. His Lockpick skill is not very high though, so he often requires multiple attempts to open some lockers, but at least he can tank some serious damage when he finds lockers. He can devastate enemies with an M60, survive a lot of damage, disable Traps with fewer fails, and survive traps that do trigger.
NOTE: THIS IS A DRUG BUILD. Use Nuka-Cola to have 12 Action Points. Use cigarettes to boost PE to 7 and use Psycho to boost Damage Resistance if necessary.
