Golgotha is New Reno's graveyard, where people are sent to be killed or buried, when they fall out with one of the New Reno mob families. Graves lie on all 4 sides of a crossroad with staked bodies left to rot in the sun. A sign points Northwest to New Reno and down, conveniently indicating Hell.
