A nugget of gold. Or at least you thought so. Oh well, looks like you can't trust anyone these days, but maybe at least you can bash someone's head with it.

Surprisingly, it can be used as a weapon.
Although it looks like a Gold Nugget, it cannot be sold to the bank in Redding. It can be traded with some merchants though.
