Jenna busy repairing armors in Brotherhood workshops.

Jenna is member of Brotherhood of Steel faction and can be found on third (3) level of Brotherhood of Steel bunker in workshops (same room as Peter). She is responsible for keeping in good condition armors of Paladins. Her repair skills are legendary among Brotherhood therefor she is right person to ask about armors. Jenna most likely will show how to create and maintaing armors to any Initiate of Brotherhood for caps.
