Orgins
Sarmatia is a society build on ancient ideology of Sarmatism. Ideology of which every inhabbitant, is to be dedicated towards the faction but remaining free towards himself. No matter of your orgins nor ancestors, your skill or mutation, as long as you strive for glory of the Sarmatian society, you are integral part of it. As an individual who strives for Sarmatian glory is Sarmatia and Sarmatia is he, nobody in and especially outside of Sarmatia can order you what to do, or tell you what to think, becouse you know yourself, the most glories way to show Sarmatia the path. Sarmatia is an everlasting goal, an invinsible organism, a spirit that is alive, growing and changing by individuals involved.
The Council
Becouse many path can Sarmatia walk, and many individuals see diffrent paths, an Elder Council is held. There, the individuals bring their toughts, sharing them and evolving them with the others, and if the thought is accepted by majority, it becomes the path.
Constitutional rules are as follows:
- You strive for the Sarmatian society's best.
- You do not cross your fellow Sarmatian's path.
- You put aside personal greed and take only as much as you need.
An Sarmatian can disobey an order given to him by the Leader or an Elder, if he believes the order does not follow the constitutional rules. Elder council is to afterwords decide the orders rightfulness relative to the constitution.
Any changes towards the constitutional rules must include all Elder Council members votes, and all votes must be positive if the new rule is to be accepted.
War
When Sarmatia or an Sarmatian individual is in danger, its every members responsibility to turn to the battle. State of war, if possible, is to be decided by the Elder Council, if time dissallows the consultation of the Elder Council, the Leader decides.
Leadership
In Sarmatia, the most decisive decision wise is the Elder Council. There the most important decisions are made, the choosen leader, is to administrate the society in the way to achive the decisions made in the council. When new leader is choosed, he must sign Pacta Conventa, which is to be prepared by Elders, and includes the goals that the choosen leader must strive towards during his cadency.
The Leader, the oldest of the elders, is to appear to the outside world as one, inside beign equal to his fellow Elders.
Recruits
The Recruitment is currently: Not Open
The Recruits are to pass several tests to prove themselfs as an worthy addition. The tests usually lasts around 10 days, which includes participation in both scavaging or combat missions toghether with other recruits and Sarmatians. When the trial is passed, the Elder Council gathers to make the final decision about the recruits future. When the recruit recaives all voters support, a ceremony is held welcoming the new member. If he doesint get all voters support, the gates will remain closed forever.
Laws
All Sarmatian laws below must not collide with the constitutional rules.
Wastelander lines of engagement:
- Armed wastelander, with a body protection.
- Armed wastelander which cannot be remembered or is communicating in unkown language.
- Is a known criminal.
- Suspicous behaivour, such as, hiding, looting or moving to close to a Sarmatian representative.
Wastelander lines of non-engagement:
- Unarmed and/or un-armored.
- Welding weapons, such as, Sledge hammer or Shovel.
- Old/young character, having less then 100 HP by pipboy durability calculation.
Elder Council lines of execution
- New regulation must have support of 70% of the Elders to pass.
- New Recruits must recaive 100% Elder meeting support to become a full-time member.
