Solve the Jet supply issue for Dangerous Dan McGrew

In Redding, speak to Dangerous Dan McGrew and ask him what's new in town. He will tell you about his problems getting jet from New Reno and you will volunteer to help him out. If you don't meet the minimum charisma requirement he will tell you you don't look capable enough. Otherwise, head to New Reno and speak to Renesco about the jet Shortage. He will ask you for proof, so return to Redding and speak to Doc Johnson to get a list of all the addicts in town. Return to with the list to Renesco. Once this is completed you can return to Redding to tell Dangerous Dan, who will give you some gear.
