Peter creating new weapons in Brotherhood workshops.

Peter is member of Brotherhood of Steel faction and can be found on third (3) level of Brotherhood of Steel bunker in workshops (same room as Jenna). He is creating and maintaining weapons used by Paladins of Brotherhood against Super Mutants. Peter got access to most lethal big guns class weapon which made him specialist in that matter. He is willing to pass his knowledge about big guns crafting to any Initiate of Brotherhood for a fee.
