Tumbler 250

A unique build for a specific purpose. This is intended to be a highly effective tumbler, aka a lock-picker with max Luck and high Agility and Perception. It is assumed that all three of these are important for some lock-picking operations although opinions vary. Use Lockpicks to function with an effective Lockpick skill of 275 (or 300 if Expanded Lockpick Sets are available).
NOTE: THIS IS A DRUG BUILD. If you use Nuka-Cola and cigarettes, he will have max AG and max PE as well as max LK. This is optional though and he should do well even without these drugs.

SPECIAL
- Strength 1 (Shoots small guns with effective ST of 3 after Weapon Handling perk)
- Perception 8 (Ends with 10 after Gain Perception perk and use of cigarettes)
- Endurance 4 (Max HP 110)
- Charisma 1 (Nobody can have everything!)
- Intelligence 10 (Smart guy, needs 10 here for intended outcome)
- Agility 8 (Ends with 10 after Gain Agility perk and use of Nuka-Cola)
- Luck 9 (Ends with 10 for maximum Luck unlocking containers and disabling Traps)

- Small Frame (Low Carry Weight but +1 Agility)
- Skilled (Important for enough Skill Points to end with intended skills)
Skills
- TAG Small Guns 180% (Qualifies for Bonus Rate of Fire perk)
- TAG Lockpick 250% (Effectively 275 with Lockpicks)
- TAG Traps 154 (Get through to most lockers!)
- Doctor 100 (To heal your own crippled limbs when you fail at disabling traps)
- Outdoorsman 52
Support Perks
- Awareness
- Swift Learner (For maximum effect, this support perk should be taken as soon as possible. Level 2)
- Light Step (Doubles success rate when disabling Traps)
- Demolition Expert
- Treasure Hunter (Caution: this perk was bugged, but apparently fixed in August 2012)
- Rad Resistance
- Faster Healing
- Dead Man Walking
- Gecko Skinning
Leveling Perks
- Weapon Handling at level 4
- Even More Criticals at level 8
- Gain Agility at level 12 (takes you up to an odd number which is perfect for drug builds)
- Gain Luck at level 16
- Bonus Rate of Fire at level 20
- Gain Perception at level 24 (takes you up to an odd number which is perfect for drug builds)
