Elridge is the proprietor of the largest gun shop of New Reno, "New Reno Arms". His establishment sells many types of weapons and ammunition, and provides weapons to all crime families in New Reno except the Salvatores, that get Laser Pistols from the Enclave. He can also teach players some professions in Small Guns and Big Guns. He lives in his shop, and sleeps in his bedroom at the back of the building, where are locked his two dogs during the day.
Notes
You can tell he is a New California Republic supporter from the several posters that cover his shop's walls, although he never talks about it.
As he says, he used to upgrade weapons, but now he simply can't (which may be some sort of strange reference to Fallout 2 events).
