The Guardians Header.

The Guardians is a small "Anti-PK" faction, mainly consisting of Finnish and German players.

Brief Description

Although there were many faction players who coined the faction itself in some way the main objective never changed during time. The Guardians are some kind of Anti-PK faction and rather help newcomers then to shoot them without any reasons. Some members also brought new helpful things into the whole community.

History

The first establishment of this faction happened about three wipes ago. Before that the finnish and the german speaking people had their own groups. Most german people at that time were in a faction called Far Go Traders and some of them played that game since the second (or even first) beta test. At a time when the old Far Go Trader faction was dying finnish and german players first met and helped each other out a bit. As members vanished away and only some few were left both groups merged into The Guardians.

After the above mentioned wipe the community grew from day to day and their members went through thick and tin with each other but still the wasteland didn't took much notice about the faction itself. The next wipe came and after that the whole faction was reborn again. New rules, some experience and some new members helped to let it raise quick and to become a bigger gang. At some time after the last wipe The Guardians consisted of about more then 20 active members.

Unfortunatly nowadays the faction is shrinking again. People lose interest in the game itself or have to manage their life a bit more. At the moment there are still about 10 active members all in all.

Founder members

• Opera - Crazy coder, his Character Planner and the Fallout Encounter Finder made him well known throughout the community.
• Perserepe - Another crazy Finn, always looking for booze and films and "metal" parts.
• Rasvareino - Is not active anymore.
• Solttu - He was the one who made the first contact between Germans and Finns.
• Balthasar - former Far Go Trader and Leader of The Guardians, naive guy who still thinks its possible to turn the wasteland into some better place.
• BlueRaider - former Far Go Trader and one of the good souls within the wasteland.
• Bear - former Far Go Trader and in Tag Team with BlueRaider, both are not really active at the moment.
• coventry - fromer Far Go Trader. Crazy German crafter, all he needs is some mats and a bit time and after some days the whole base is filled up with tons of goods.

Active Members (beside Founder members)

• Andr3aZ - If theres a picture to describe him it would probably be <s>coffee</s> pencils and cigarettes. <s>He loves trash talk.</s> I'm a noble artist and community contributor now - Andr3aZ
• NexxosFIN - Big collector of the wastes, he's always looking for more stuff. A friendly guy, <s>mostly because of his pacifistic attitude</s> Oh boy, not anymore - Nexx. This guy is more trader than any of the rest of the members in The Guardians.
• Fridge Man - as cool as his name and always willing to take out random PKs.
• Winston Wolf - Don't get in trouble with him and better dont be a PK if you meet him, because he will hit you hard, very hard.
• Klot - He is young, he is pride and he doesn't need the money, always good for a late night fun conversation.
• Martin Blues - Back in the wastes. He is the living realization of Mr.Fixit.

Inactive Members

• CChoc - The (new) Repair King (after Martin Blues wasn't active anymore) and big supporter of the faction in general.
• Take Care - former GVN member, every faction should have a "Take Care" on their side.

Membership

If you want to take part you should either speak finnish or german and of course english. We don't accept Player Killers and/or insulting people.
