Buy cigarettes for Buster

Talk to Buster (The dwarf in the guns tent). He will ask you to get him some cigarettes from the Rawhide Saloon.

Talk to Mira, the bartender at the Rawhide Saloon (Right before the city gate) to get the cigarettes.

Deliver them to Buster, he will reward you.
