Obtaining
- Simply complete the quest, Get Buster Cigarettes to easily obtain one.
- Craft it with five Gecko Pelt and Fibers (you must have Armorer profession).
- Buy one from a Merchant.
- Loot various NPCs like raiders, marauders, etc.
