This build is using Small Guns, mainly focused for Turn Based Combat. Its cheap and it doesn`t require any drugs, though if you ever decide to use some your power will be increased.
If you`re tired of destroying armors while hunting for NRC Army or Patrols try this. It is support alt designated to provide fire support for Big Gunner Farmers/Gatling Builds.
Sometimes you burst, sometimes you make a short series of shoots with 14mm - what to use at which moment is your choice. I woud recommend carrying two weapons one of them being 14mm Pistol and other some kind of burst weapon.

Strength: 4 (Minimal strength for 14mm pistol).
Perception: 6 (For awareness).
Endurance: 10 (We won`t have room for any lifegivers so we need hp from EN)
Charisma: 1 (Not very talkative).
Intelligence: 4 (Need at least 200% in small guns and 150% in First aid).
Agility: 10 (We won`t have room for Action Boys).
Luck: 5]] (Dont go lower than that).
Alternatives: (-2 to endurance, + 2 to charisma if you want to do quests withouth using mentants. -1 Agility, + 1 to Perception if you have access to Nuka Cola. +1 to Strength if you decide to pick Small Frame.)

Second Traits is optional if you`re going to use only one hand consider One Hander, if you want to have more SPECIAL points pick Small Frame, if you`re going to use drugs consider Chem Reliant if you want to gain experience a little faster pick Loner
[edit] Skills:
TAG Small Guns - 200% (Remember to take Boneyard training).
TAG First Aid - 150% (Qualify for Living Anatomy).
TAG Outdoorsman - 100% (Qualify for Ranger).

- More Critical at level 3
- Even More Criticals at level 6
- Spray and Pray at level 9
- Better Critical at level 12
- More Ranged Damage at level 15
- Bonus Rate of Fire at level 18
- Bonus Ranged Damage at level 21(Here you can take something else too - alternative is taking [[Lifegiver for more hp, or Action Boy to suppress the addict effect of Jet or Perhaps some resistance perks like [[Even Tougher or Quick recovery, Bonus move might be good if you`re planning to do shoot-and hide behing wall tactic).
- Living Anatomy at level 24(Here you can also take something else, Living Anatomy is perfect if you`re going to do many single shoots, but if you`re going to burst opponents it might be better to take Bonus Ranged Damage+).
[edit] Drugs:
If you have access to Jet - use it, it will allow you to shoot 6 times a turn. Don`t worry about [[strength with 200% at Small Guns you shoud be probably fine even with punishment for using weapons requirming more skill than you have.Also using Cigarettes from time to time won`t hurt you.
